Promoting well-being through

Art Therapy

What is Art Therapy?

Art Therapy is a gentle approach to expressing emotions using creativity. This enables individuals to explore issues of concern and improve emotional resilience. It can be difficult to relate feelings verbally - Art Therapy allows people a way of expressing themselves in a different way. You do not have to be good at art to engage with the Art Therapy process.

What do we do?

Art Therapy 4 All organises and runs Art Therapy projects in the community for those who might not otherwise be able to access Art Therapy services.
